Fall is here and the West Creek Academy PTA couldn’t be more excited…Fall Festival is just around the corner! This event is a wonderful time for West Creek Families to come together for a night of fall fun and merriment. Our students can enjoy trick or treating, and will have unlimited access to games, inflatable fun, pictures in a photobooth, dance along to the Monster Mash Dance Bash and work with their families to show off their pumpkin carving skills. The Fall Festival is sure to be a fun and festive time for the whole family!

You must have a PTA waiver on file to attend this event.  You only need one waiver for the entire year.  If you have not filled out a waiver already, then please click here to complete one: PTA Family Waiver and Photo Release

PRE-SALE FESTIVAL WRISTBANDS, MEAL TICKETS AND KRISPY KREME DONUTS

In support of this event, pre-sale festival wristbands, meal tickets, and Krispy Kreme donuts will be available for purchase. All online sales for pre-sale wristbands, meal tickets, and donut orders will end on Tuesday, October 25^th at 9pm. Meal tickets and Krispy Kreme Donuts will not be available after this date, and the price of the wristband will increase at the door, so make sure to purchase your items during the pre-sale!

****PRE-SALE WRISTBAND OPTIONS****

• Pre-sale Festival Wristband $10 each – All children (ages 4-12) must purchase and wear a wristband to participate in the festival.  Parents/Guardians are not required to purchase an admission wristband. Festival wristbands include unlimited access to games, inflatable slides and obstacle courses, pictures at the photo booths, Monster Mash Dance Bash, and two voting tickets to the Great Pumpkin Carve Out contest.
• Pre-sale Child Festival Meal Wristband + Meal Ticket Combo $15 for both – Each combo includes ONE festival wristband and ONE MINI sized cold sub of choice (turkey & provolone, ham & provolone, or veggie) from Jersey Mike's. The meal includes one bag of chips, one bottle of water, and condiments. Each purchaser must present a meal ticket to redeem their meal. This combo can only be purchased through pre-sale and must be purchased by October 25th at 9pm.  Meal tickets will NOT be available for sale after this date or on the day of the festival.
• Pre-sale Meal $12 - Each meal ticket includes ONE REGULAR sized cold sub of choice from Jersey Mike's (turkey & provolone, ham & provolone, or veggie). The meal includes one bag of chips, one bottle of water, and condiments. Each purchaser must present a meal ticket to redeem their meal. This meal can only be purchased through pre-sale and must be purchased by October 25th at 9pm.  Meal tickets will NOT be available for sale after this date or on the day of the festival.
• Pre-sale Dozen of Original Krispy Kreme Donuts $14 each - Donut Worry - Be Happy! Preorder a dozen or two and pick it up at the Fall Festival. Krispy Kreme Donuts delivered right to you...doesn't get much easier than that! Donut orders will only be available through pre-sale and must be purchased by October 25th at 9pm.  This will NOT be available for sale after this date or on the day of the festival.

PLEASE NOTE: The festival fun pack containing wristbands and tickets will be delivered to your child’s class the week of the festival. For two or more siblings, orders will be consolidated and delivered to the oldest child. Just show your wristband to enter and tickets to redeem all food orders!

CANDY DONATIONS

The West Creek Academy PTA Trick-or-Treat event will take place around campus on Friday, October 28^h from 4pm – 5pm.  Our PTA can’t hold this fun event without you and needs your continuing support to make this event a success.  We would like to ask for donations of candy or snacks (pretzels, fruit snacks, goldfish crackers) to distribute during the event. If your child would like to participate in the Trick-or-Treat event, please consider donating a new bag of unopened and individually wrapped candy or snack (24-count or more) in the designated box outside the office between Monday, October 17^th - Thursday, October 27^th.

GREAT PUMPKIN CARVE OUT CONTEST

Do you have what it takes to carve the spookiest or silliest Jack-O-Lantern in West Creek Academy? Sure you do!  Get into the Wolfpack fall spirit and show off your creativity and pumpkin carving skills. Work together with your entire family to design it, carve it, and display it at West Creek Academy PTA’s Great Pumpkin Carve Out Contest!

CONTEST RULES & GUIDELINES

Pumpkins must be carved off campus and brought to school ready to be judged. The pumpkin may be carved freehand or with a pattern. The design is entirely up to the family, so get creative and have fun! All that we ask is that it is family friendly and school appropriate. Finished entries need to be free-standing. Only battery-operated flameless candles/tealights are allowed to light your carved pumpkin, if necessary.

Please drop off your ghouliest gourd between 8:30am - 9:30am on Friday, October 28th at the designated table outside of the school. After drop off, they will be set up for display for student and family voting at the Fall Festival. Please be sure to write your family name and grade level in a permanent marker on the bottom of your pumpkin. Lastly, don't forget to collect your pumpkin at the end of the festival. Any unclaimed pumpkins will be disposed of after the festival ends.

VOTING

Voting will take place at the Fall Festival from 4pm - 6pm. Students who purchased a festival wristband and family members who purchased a meal ticket will receive two (2) voting tickets. Winners will be announced during the Fall Festival. The two pumpkins receiving the most votes will receive bragging rights as the "Pick of the Patch" and "Wolfpack Favorite" pumpkins.

The PICK OF THE PATCH pumpkin will receive a Movie Night Family Gift Box.

The WOLFPACK FAVORITE pumpkin will receive a Cozy Autumn Family Gift Basket.
