2019 Candy Trail & Fall Festival (rescheduled)

To take part in the Candy Trail, you will need to fill out the Candy Trail Form and submit it to the front office with a bag of 24-count (or more) candy -- for each participating child -- by November 6th. If you already sent in candy you need not submit again to participate.**Please note that PTA will only accept and distribute candies that have been submitted as individually wrapped in an unopened bag.**
Join us for the Annual West Creek Academy Fall Festival taking place on Friday, November 8th! Come and enjoy an evening filled with games and prizes, inflatable fun, arts and crafts, Meet and Greet with the CHP and Fire Department, unlimited pictures in our photobooth and spooky groovy tunes at the Monster Mash Dance Bash!
Can you make a mean pot of chili? The West Creek Academy PTA wants your secret recipe at the Chili Cook-off Contest and let the families of WCA be the judge ($1 to sample and vote).
Donut worry Be Happy! Be sure to preorder a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts (regular original glazed) and pick them up at the Fall Festival. Share a dozen at school or take a dozen home! Krispy Kreme donuts delivered to you…doesn’t get much easier than that!
Come dressed in your Halloween best and join the Costume Contest! Trophies and prizes will be awarded for TK-2 and 3-6 in a variety of categories, including Best Family Costume!
Candy Trail on campus from 4:00-5:00 pm
Festival doors open at 4:30 pm and close at 7:30 pm
Advanced purchase of all wristbands is strongly recommended since lines are expected to be long!
Pre-Sale options are ONLY available at our online webstore, and are as follows:
Pre-sale Festival Wristband $10 each – All children (ages 4 and above) must purchase and wear a wristband to participate in the festival. Parents/Guardians are not required to purchase an admission wristband. Festival wristbands include access to the Fall Festival games and activities, arts and crafts, pictures at the photobooth, meet and greet with CHP and fire, and the Monster Mash Dance Bash. This wristband will be available at the door on the day of the festival for $15 so be sure to grab it early at the pre-sale price!
Pre-sale Meal Wristband $10 each– Each meal wristband includes ONE hamburger or cheeseburger (veggie option available) grilled by one of Southern California’s award winning hamburger caterers. The burger meal includes chips, lemonade, and deluxe condiments.
Pre-sale Festival and Meal Wristbands Combo $15 for both – BEST BUY! Save money on the pre-sale discount AND avoid lines.
Wristbands with meals can only be purchased through pre-sale
and must be purchased by MONDAY, November 4th at 3pm.
Wristbands with meals will NOT be available for sale
after 3pm on November 4th or at the door the day of the festival.
Pre-sale Dozen of Krispy Kreme Donuts $12 each – Preorder a dozen or two and pick it up at the Fall Festival.
Donut orders can only be purchased through pre-sale and must be purchased by November 8th at 3pm. This will not be available for sale after this date or at the door the day of the festival.

Monday, November 4th at 3pm
All wristbands not already sent home will be sent home with your child the week of the festival. Just show your wristband to enter!
