2016 Wolf Pack Fun Run

FUN RUN EVENT DAY RUN TIMES:

1st & 2nd grades

9:30am
4th & 5th grades

10:30am
TK, K, & 3rd grades

11:30am
6th grade

Students will be running and exercising their way around a pre-designed course while parents, teacher and supporters line the track to CHEER them on!

You are invited! Parents are encouraged to attend the Fun Run as spectators or as volunteers (scroll down to view grade level scheduled run times as well as important event day info) -- just make sure to sign in at the office first. Our volunteer SignUpGenius form can be found here.

Important event day info:
  • Children should be dressed appropriately for running (similar clothing to that of a normal PE day including shorts, tennis shoes, etc.).
  • Please apply sunscreen before the school day begins.
  • We have opted not to use color for the run, but will have other fun elements for the students including themed laps, music and more!
  • We will be providing water to our runners.
  • Wolf Pack participation t-shirts will be given to students on Thursday, just prior to their grade level scheduled run time.

    Each year, the West Creek Academy PTA holds two major fundraisers -- one in the fall and one in the spring. We have held Fun Runs, Direct Donation campaigns, jog-a-thons, spell-a-thons, and put on a gala and auction evening. Each of these events has helped raise funds needed to support our music program, field trips, library needs, maintenance needs, emergency supply needs, assemblies, and more! We thank everyone for the continuing support!
