It's that time again for our Spring Book Fair! We will be holding this event from March 4th-8th in the Keyboard room. We need as many volunteers to run this event, so please take a look at the time slots and sign up. As a volunteer, you must be a current PTA member and an approved volunteer with a submitted negative TB test.

We are looking for help with writing names down on Green Team Tickets during lunch every Friday! All you have to do is check the student's lunch, write their name and grade on the back of the ticket and turn them in at the end of your shift! If you are an approved volunteer, then please sign up to help!

Photographers in the Field - First Day of School Photos
Calling all photographers! Did you take a photo of your child on their first day of school, and you would like to submit it to the Yearbook staff? Now is your chance! From now until AUGUST 19TH @ 9pm, you can upload your child's photo into the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL file.
Instructions on how to submit your photos, along with our very important photo guidelines, can be found here.

We are super excited about all the wonderful things we have planned for our students this school year, but we need your help in order to make everything happen!
We are asking each West Creek family to take a moment and join PTA. It's a small cost for each PTA member, but it is huge benefit for West Creek PTA and for the school!
We continue to take part in our online TOTEM Membership this year -- a super-simple system! Details on how to use TOTEM can be found on our Join PTA page.

- The PTA Family Waiver and Photo Release Form is MANDATORY. In order for any student or family member to attend any PTA-sponsored event, this form is required to be completed. Don't delay!

- Don't miss out on a 2023-2024 WCA Yearbook! All of the fabulous photos you will be submitting will be considered for this very unique Yearbook. Order yours today by April 15th!

Welcome to the West Creek Academy PTA for the 2023-2024 school year!
We are excited to be starting a new school year. The PTA has put together a calendar that is packed with family events, student activities and programs to support our students, school, teachers and staff and families. We are able to bring so much to our students because of everyone's, including YOUR, support! We hope you can take a moment to join the PTA to continue to strengthen the collaboration and teamwork we have with our parents and families, our students, our community and our teachers and staff. PTA's mission is to positively impact the lives of all children and families and we know we are doing that by continuing to all work together!
A few things that will make this year even more great:
- If you want to stay connected with all that is going on, then make sure to read our messages on ParentSquare, Facebook and Instagram!
- If your student and/or you want to participate in any of the great activities we have planned, then you are REQUIRED to complete a PTA Family Waiver and Photo Release Form for the year.
- If you want to volunteer then please reach out to us…you can even use the contact section on our webpage!
- Please become a member of our PTA!
- Attend our PTA Meetings - all are welcome, including kids!
We hope to see you throughout the year as we work to make this an amazing school year for everyone!

to find out what's coming up and what pictures are needed for the Yearbook.
Parent Square and Facebook posts will indicate the window of time during which photos must be submitted to the Yearbook Album.
