West Creek PTA, along with our After School Enrichment partners, is excited to offer our 2018 Fall Session of ASE classes. We hope you and your children enjoy the offerings in the schedule, which will be posted soon.

REGISTRATION IS ONLINE ONLY

ALL classes have limited space so we encourage you to register ASAP to secure your spot.

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:

STUDENTS WILL BE DISMISSED FROM THE GATE BY THE FRONT OFFICE and PARENTS ARE TO PARK & WALK TO THE FLAG POLE AT FRONT OF SCHOOL ONLY.

DO NOT PARK IN THE VALET LANE OR IN FRONT OF SCHOOL
AS THIS WILL BLOCK TRAFFIC

There are a few important things for parents to keep in mind before signing up your child for a class:

  1. Your child must be responsible enough to get to and from the class on their own after school. West Creek staff and Enrichment teachers will assist children. For kindergarten children, instructors will pick up your child and take them to the classroom. It is the parent’s responsibility to make arrangements for siblings to pick up students.
  2. If the class is scheduled for outdoors and it rains, we will make every effort to move the class into a dry area. If this is not possible, the class will be cancelled. We will attempt a make-up class at the end of the session, but we only have time for two make-ups.
  3. There are NO REFUNDS after the second week of class. If for some reason you need to cancel the registration, some vendors may charge a processing fee, so please schedule carefully. There are no make-ups for absences.

Once you have completed your online registration with payment, you will receive either an e-mail or phone confirmation that registration has been received.
